Wallpaper

Today has been a wallpaper day. This beautiful Ralph Lauren print has been installed at a client's home while the top floral Designers Guild is the latest additon to our Brickworks show room. Simply stunning and elegant in both locations!

The Drum

Today we received these amazing Chinese drums, the last delivery sold out in days... The smaller one is ideal as an unusual lamp table while the larger is perfect placed in the corner of a room as a more decorative piece. Each one is totally individual in black lacquer with tan leather top.

Week ahead

The week ahead seems like I have so much to do I am not sure how I am going to fit it all in. I am however really looking forward to attending the opening of "Focusing on photography" at the Nyst Gallery in association with Lorraine Pilgrim this Friday. There will be work by several artist including Mari Hirata AKA The shoe lady. I love her interpretation of everyday products in particular wedding shoes. Framed Art

These art pieces are a unique addition to any home. I love the ceremonial jewellery from Tibet which has such depth, while the framed coral has the wonderful textures of nature.

We are pleased to be stocking Tocca products at our Main Beach store. This beautiful Italian range includes Eau de Parfum the Beauty Candle Collection as well as bath and bed products.

Christmas has arrived

Christmas has arrived at our Main Beach store. As you can see the tree is up the lights are twinkling and the store is full of gift giving ideas, it seems every one is making an early start this season.

I'm loving......

We have just received this beautiful bed room range in classic linen, the floral cushions with piped edges are exclusive to aria home and only available at our Brickworks interior store.

I am also loving these great little ceramic side tables. They are a wonderful alternative to a coffee or side table and by placing them close to the sofa they are a perfect spot for resting a glass of wine. I also love to use them in bathrooms, they are ideal next to the bath for towels or that glass of wine I always seem to have...

My garden

Anyone that knows me knows how much I love time in my garden. This is one of my favourite spots, very restful and quiet..... though I can see some weeds needing attention.

Broadwater Apartment

It's been another very busy week with several interior design jobs currently underway. I thought I would post a couple of images from a fantastic project we have been involved in.

'Luxe on Marine' is located on the Broadwater with stunning views to the Gold Coast. This apartment has been a joy to decorate, though contemporary in design it has the latest green energy features and includes many luxury finishes. I love the relaxed living space which is perfect for entertaining.

Jewels

We are very excited to be receiving these beautiful jewellery pieces at our Main Beach store next week. Made with a combination of pearls and sterling silver each piece is a unique combination that includes coins, harts or crosses in both bracelets and stunning necklaces.

This week

This week we have been unpacking so many boxes as both stores need replenishing after the busy school holidays.
Our Brickworks store has received a huge range of coffee table books, with titles covering everything from Luxury Weekend Escapes, Designer Interiors and some of the best in Garden Design. Not only do these books look great but they are inspired reading.

We have several of these beautiful coral platters in store, perfect as a centre piece on a coffee or dining table. I'm also loving these beaded cushions, great detail with a bold geometric patten.

Our Main Beach store has also received our latest range of women's bags along with more new arrivals of our popular beach and lounge wear.
